Laura Lynda Calderone, also known as Elle, is a recent graduate student of the Northwestern University Medill School of Journalism where she studied video production and multimedia journalism. At Medill News Service, she covered health and science in the Chicago and Washington, D.C. bureaus, writing and producing videos for news outlets, such as Market Watch and McClatchy. Prior to her time at Medill, Elle attended Drexel University in Philadelphia and studied marketing and legal studies. She also received minors in theater and journalism.
